Leonard Koury is a science fiction and dystopian fiction writer, Creative Writing student at Southern New Hampshire University, and Operations Director with more than two decades of leadership experience. His professional background in leadership, organizational systems, and human behavior heavily influences the stories he tells.

Drawing inspiration from authors such as Frank Herbert, George Orwell, and Pierce Brown, Leonard writes fiction that explores power, structure, freedom, and the consequences of individual choices within complex societies. His work combines large-scale speculative worlds with philosophical questions about human nature, responsibility, and the systems that shape our lives.

He is currently developing several long-form fiction projects, including Legacy of Sol, a far-future science fiction series that examines humanity’s struggle to define its future after Earth has become a distant memory. Through both fiction and nonfiction writing, Leonard seeks to help readers examine the patterns that influence people, organizations, and civilizations.

When he is not writing, Leonard works as an Operations Director, studies Creative Writing, and continues exploring the intersection of storytelling, leadership, psychology, and personal growth. He plans to pursue self-publishing while building a community of readers who enjoy thoughtful science fiction and meaningful conversations about the future.
